These mylar zipper bags serve a variety of purposes for the needs of all dispensaries. For those who need a nice zipper pouch or bag in specific gram or ounce sizes, you would be able to select from a variety of baggie sizes to suit your specific needs. These were for retail marijuana, medical marijuana medication, or for tamper proofing concentrate containers for wax, dabs, and oil concentrates. For states that require full opaque bags, we offer the pouches in both white and black color options. For businesses that would like a bag with a clear sided back, we offer color options in vista (color on one side and transparent plastic on the back side).
State of Washington: These bags are also designed for processors operating in Washington because these Mylar bags are constructed of PET/PE plastic, and are heat sealable, with a thickness of over four mil, and with no easy-open table, dimple, corner, or flap as required by WAC 314-55-105 Packaging and Labeling Requirements set by the State of Washington. Heat sealers for these bags can be purchased separately from our e-commerce store.
SunPack Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from SunPack, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements for a refund, account credit, exchange, or replacement. As an extended courtesy to our customers, we will accept returns of most merchandise purchased from SunPack within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a pre-approval and a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns without a RMA number will be assessed a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect a 15% per item restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund. Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy. To qualify for return, items must be unopened, in original manufacturer packaging and in re-saleable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
